			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>While obesity is said to be a rising epidemic and concern in today’s society, achieving weight loss to combat obesity has become an even larger concern.  It is not only a concern of vanity but also one for improving health and wellbeing.  We all want to look great and be healthy, but most importantly we want to do so as quickly as possible.  There are countless varieties of pills and potions that have capitalized on this goal by promising weight loss at lightening speeds. However these quick fix methods are often unadvisable by physicians and inconsistent in their results.  In order to lose weight fast there are 3 factors that seem to be most recommended: Water, calorie counting, and regular exercise.</p>
<p>Water is a key to successful weight loss because it is vital to maintaining healthy bodily functions which can in turn increase potential weight loss.  A recommended 8-10, 8 oz. glasses of water daily is necessary to maintain health and promote weight loss. Some studies suggest preceding each meal with an 8 oz. glass of water could also help curve hunger, reducing the amount of calories consumed. In addition to helping to combat over eating replacing sugary beverage with water will also help cut back on extra calories.</p>
<p>The next factor in achieving rapid weight loss is counting calories.  Although it seems tedious, counting caloric intake is necessary in achieving weight loss.  Cutting down on the number of calories consumed is essential and comes in the form of portion control.  An individual may eat all the right foods but it may be the amount of food consumed that may be detrimental to their success in weight loss. In order to lose weight it is recommended that the caloric intake be cut down, according to the individual’s weight and daily physical activity, from the fundamental 2500 calories a day diet. An individual engaging in more regular daily activity would require a smaller decrease in caloric intake than an individual with little to no physical activity in their daily regimen. In order to cut down on unnecessary calories replacing fatty snacks with fruits and vegetables, baking and grilling as opposed to frying and drinking water instead of sugary drinks are a few suggested dietary replacements.  Counting calories may seem to be extra work but it is a tactic that can give great results.</p>
<p>The final step in successful weight loss is engaging in regular exercise. It is recommended to have 45-60 minutes of physical activity daily.  Activities should be strenuous enough to elevate the heart rate for more than 20 minutes at a time. Engaging in exercises such as running can burn anywhere from 100- 1000 calories an hour, depending on body weight. Burning about 500-600 calories a day at least 6 days a week can lead to losing about a pound a week. Not only does exercise burn calories but it also helps speed up your metabolism with can help your body better break down food an expend calories consumed.</p>

Fortunately, the dietary choices that will help you lose weight will also help you maintain a healthy level after you reach your goal. Many dieticians agree that the most important factor to consider in weight loss is calories. You want to be burning calories, so eating too much will prevent you from burning off what you already have. But while you should keep your caloric intake low, there is a limit to how far you should go. Eating less than 1,200 calories per day, or at the very least 1,050, is actually detrimental to a successful diet. You might be able to lose more weight in the beginning, but over time, you will notice that you don’t have sufficient energy to perform the exercise portion of your weight loss regimen.</p>
<p>There are other concerns, too. Losing weight does not necessarily mean that you are only losing fat. Eating some protein will help make sure that while you lose weight, you are not getting rid of muscle mass. It actively slows down digestion and creates the sensation of feeling full, which is very useful for controlling hunger urges.</p>
<p>Conversely, foods that are low in fiber do not as effectively quell hunger, and can lead to overeating, even unintentionally. Processed foods should be avoided for this very reason. Much of the original nutritional content of the ingredients, including fiber, is removed when it is processed. Yet they may still be high in calories. Being more disciplined about when you eat can have as much of an effect as what you eat. Many people who have difficulties controlling their cravings will in effect be eating whenever they are under the influence of those urges. A good way to prevent this is to limit eating to specified meal periods. This is not to say that you should prohibit yourself from snacking, but to try and regularize your eating habits so that you can better control your urges.</p>

Personally, the average people would believe that the best way decipher any problem would be to do your own research! Folks will come from miles away and tell you whatever you wish to hear. There comes a time when you need to be the judge of character. So come on and read: get out there and see what the books have in store.If you asked me “what’s the best way to lose weight,” I’d ask you “what do you think?” We do know that people don’t like when you decline to answer and then start another conversation considering you haven’t answered them. It appears to be rude to some. I disagree, but I do believe in helping others so I will help you. I gather the best way to any weight regimen would be going for power walks every day provided that you guys are taking your daily vitamins, and staying focused with yoga (if this is what you like), doing squats while practicing a daily routine of eating healthy. The skies the limit and it also depends on the person. You cannot just say you are going to do it! You have to do it!</p>
<p>Here are some daily rules: (1) start with an 8 ounce glass of water because it’s healthy for you and a great way to starting the day fresh. (2) you want to make sure that you have had a nutritious breakfast with foods such as, eggs, bacon, pancakes, strawberries, Special K. and a fruit salad. Also remember, when you’re having your meal please make sure that you have some orange juice, a nice glass of water on the side to accompany your meal. Another piece of advice I’d like to give is that you can limit your intake when you’re eating by taking a sip of what you’re drinking after every morsel eaten. (3) make sure the food you’re eating is the size of your palm. In other words, don’t allow yourself to eat more than you can handle.  (4) Stay away from sweetened drinks like Kool-Aid, Sodas, Hawaiian Punch and all things sugary. I say this because all things that are sugar ties into calories that we cannot take back fast enough. (5) Everyone should take a hint and try eating things with more water infused like tomatoes and watermelons. The vitamins from these fruits are an excellent source of intake. (5) I would also like to add that if you have a craving for fruit juice, eliminate this from your noggin and have a peace of fruit. (6) Get out more, exercise and get to know people. If the store is 10 blocks away, walk rather than hitch a taxi, you’ll be amazed at how many calories you lose. See I told you I’d help you, my friends. The trick is to stay in for the long haul and be strong.</p>

But seriously, diet is a crucial factor in weight loss no matter how your taste buds feel about it. Follow these simple steps to make your diet more enjoyable and not have it seem like a chore. Breakfast: People often overlook this important meal. Breakfast is perhaps the most important meal of the day because when you go to bed at 12pm (like all Americans) you do not eat for roughly 6-8 hours. When you wake up the first thing your body needs to do is to expel the stuff you ate and drank the day before, but it also needs to replenish a new source of energy. Enjoy your eggs, bacon, toast, and cereal—bigger is always better when dealing with breakfast.</p>
<p>Snacking: You won’t believe me but snacking between meals can cause your body to lose weight more effectively than just having three meals a day. The science behind this idea is that you want your body to not be in fat storage mode and by distributing the calories you intake it lowers insulin production, thus you will be in fat burning mode instead of fat storing mode.Resist temptation, eat more fruits and veges: Perhaps the most depressing part of this article would be the contents of this paragraph so let’s not beat around the bush. For effective weight loss you have to cut out foods that are high in cholesterol, sugars, and saturated fats. I know that plate of French fries and that double cheeseburger is tempting but if you are fed up with never losing weight this is something that must be sacrificed for the greater good. <p>In these modern times with millions of foods to choose from it is difficult to ignore foods that stimulates the senses. I really wish there were a shake or some magic pill that would allow us to consume all the foods that our hearts desire, but sadly we live in reality and not TV. There are so many different exercises one can do, but what are the best for weight loss?  The two most affective are the cardiovascular otherwise known as “cardio” or circuit training exercises.Circuit training is an exercise that combines aerobics and resistance training.  When doing circuit training, you are doing a number of different exercises, going from one to another without breaks.  The constant exercises of circuit training improve strength and resistance.  It is a very effective workout and can potentially burn more calories than cardiovascular exercises. Circuit training is also a very beneficial exercise because you can choose workouts for different parts of the body such as push-ups, sit-ups, and weight lifts.  All of these different activities within the circuit routine will boost your metabolism causing you to lose weight, even when you are not at the gym.  Don’t forget, you should always do a warm up exercise before your daily routine.  A brief five to ten minute cardiovascular exercise is an ideal warm up.</p>
<p>Cardiovascular exercises raise your heart beat, training it to be stronger.  It consists of many different activities such as swimming, running, and biking.  These exercises burn a significant number of calories.  These activities can be challenging in the beginning stages.  Your body will start to get used to the strain that you may initially feel, but these exercises will get easier for you the more you do them.  Aside from doing a five to ten minute cardio warm up, you should include cardio exercises in your workout routinely at least three to four times a week. Cardiovascular exercises burn a significant amount of calories and boost your metabolism, which will result in weight loss.  Cardiovascular exercise is not only the best exercise for weight loss, but also reduces the chance of heart problems and diabetes.</p>
